Membership Policies


HOW IT WORKS

Open Selection Window

  • Selections open on the 1st of the month prior to your wine club quarter (e.g., January selections for February wine club).
  • Our Winemaker’s Selections are automatically applied to your club account each quarter and will process unless you edit them before the selection window closes.
  • Your cart must meet your minimum bottle commitment (e.g., Silver = 4 bottles). You must add your preferred wines before removing others.
  • If you wish to skip a shipment, you must select that option online during the selection window. Otherwise, your order will process automatically on the scheduled date.

Processing

  • Once your wine club order is processed, your credit card will be charged and we will begin preparing your order.
  • You may choose to process early, in which case your wines will be shipped early as well.
  • After processing, no changes can be made without incurring a reprocessing fee (see “Fees” section below).

 

GETTING YOUR WINES

You may choose either Shipping or Pickup as your delivery method. Policies differ for each:

Shipping Orders

  • Your order will be shipped via UPS with discounted rates. You’ll receive tracking information as your wines leave our facility.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we can ship to your nearest UPS Store. Please check their hold policy ahead of time.
  • An adult 21+ must be present to sign for delivery. UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. We encourage you to sign up with UPS so that you may give them delivery instructions such as hold your package, deliver to a different address, etc.
  • Returned shipments are subject to reshipping or restocking fees (see “Fees” section below).
  • Once you receive tracking information, it is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure successful delivery. Please contact us ASAP if an issue arises. Timely communication is essential in resolving any issues.

Pickup Orders

  • You may pick up your wine any time during the selection month OR wine club month (see calendar).
  • If you do not pick up your order by the end of the wine club month, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone to coordinate a solution.
  • If we do not hear from you within 7 days of the follow-up, we will cancel and refund your order, less a $15 administrative fee to help offset handling costs.
  • If someone else will be picking up your order, the account holder must let us know ahead of time.

 

FEES

Reprocessing Fee: $10 | Applies when changes are requested after selections close and payment has been processed.

Reshipping Fee: Full cost of shipping | Applies if wine is returned after 3 failed delivery attempts and you opt to have it reshipped. (Shipping orders only)

Restocking Fee: $35 | Applies if wine is returned after 3 failed delivery attempts and you opt to cancel the order. (Shipping orders only)

Unclaimed Pickup Administrative Fee: $15 | Applies when a pickup order is not collected by the end of the wine club month and we are unable to reach you within 7 days of follow-up. (Pickup orders only)

 

TIPS TO AVOID SHIPPING FEES

  • UPS will not leave packages without an adult signature.
  • If you may not be home at the time of delivery, you can reschedule with UPS using your tracking number.
  • You may also ship to your workplace, a friend’s house, or your local UPS Store for added convenience.
  • Double-check your delivery method, shipping address, and payment details before the selection window closes to avoid issues.
