How It Works
Enjoy complete control over your quarterly shipments — easy, flexible, and fully personalized. Before you start, we recommend you check our Shipping Map to ensure we're able to deliver to your location.
1. Pick Your Wines During Our Open Selection Window
Selections open on the 1st of the month prior to your wine club quarter (e.g., January selections for February shipments - see our Wine Club Calendar for the next Open Window).
Our Winemaker’s Selections are automatically added to your account and will process unless you edit them before the window closes.
You can easily customize your order online; just make sure your cart meets your minimum bottle commitment (Silver = 4, Gold = 6, Platinum = 12). Add your favorites before removing others.
2. Skip or Customize Anytime
If you need to skip a shipment, simply choose “Skip This Shipment” online during the selection window. Otherwise, your wines will automatically process on your club’s scheduled date.
Every quarter, you’ll get an email reminder when the window opens. No surprises, no missed shipments.
3. Processing & Shipping
Once your order processes, your credit card is charged and we begin preparing your wines for pickup or shipment.
After processing, changes require a reprocessing fee (see our Fees Policy for details).

No! The Wine Club is 100% free!
Selections open on the 1st of the month prior to your wine club quarter (for example, January selections for February).
Our Winemaker’s Selections are automatically applied to your account each quarter and will process unless you edit them before the window closes.
Your cart must meet your minimum bottle commitment (for example, Silver = 4 bottles). You can add or swap wines, but your cart must meet the minimum before removing any bottles.
Yes, but please keep in mind that the wine club is an ongoing commitment. Skipping is intended for occasional travel or special circumstances, not ongoing use. If you need to skip, please do so online before selections close.
Processing dates depend on your club level, usually on the 1st or 6th of the shipping month (see the Wine Club Calendar) unless you choose to process your order early. Once your order is charged, wines typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Changes requested after the selection window closes incur small reprocessing fee. You can find more information about this on our Membership Policies page.
You can choose between Shipping or Pickup during the selection window.
Wines are shipped via UPS with discounted rates. You’ll receive tracking information once your wines leave our facility. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, but UPS Stores are an option (check their hold policy first). An adult 21+ must sign for delivery. UPS makes three delivery attempts before returning the package.
Returned packages can be reshipped for the full cost of shipping, or cancelled with a small restocking fee. Information on our fees can be found on the Membership Policies page.
You may pick up your wines during the selection month or the wine club month. If you haven’t picked up by the end of the wine club month, we’ll reach out by email or phone. If there’s no response within 7 days, your order is converted to a gift card (minus a small administrative fee – see our Membership Policies page for more information).
Yes, but the account holder must notify us ahead of time.
In some cases we may charge a small Admin fee for things like Reprocessing, Reshipping or Unclaimed Pickup. You can find more information about these fees on our Membership Policies page.

Check our Shipping Map to see if we can ship to your state. At this time, we’re unable to ship internationally.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for wines based on personal taste. However, if there’s an issue with the condition of your wine or your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If the selection window closes before you make changes, you still have options:
Do nothing!
Your order will default to the Winemaker’s Selection for that quarter, and you’ll receive those wines for your commitment.
Request changes before processing:
If you’d still like to update your selections between the close of the window and your processing date, please call us. We’ll do our best to update your order in time. Once processing is complete, changes are no longer guaranteed. If we’re able to intercept your order before it ships, we can reprocess it for a small fee. We send several reminder emails during the selection period, so please check that our messages aren’t landing in your spam folder
Your wine club discount is automatically applied to all purchases—both online and in the tasting room, including your quarterly club order. Just make sure you’re logged in when shopping online, or provide your name to your Tasting Room Associate when purchasing in person.
Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order anytime during the selection or pickup months. Once your selections are finalized, just stop by the tasting room at your convenience.
If your wine isn’t collected during the selection or pickup months and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll reach out via phone or email to arrange an alternative—like a new pickup date, having someone else collect it, or shipping it to you. If we can’t connect with you after 7 days, we’ll credit your account with a gift card of the same value as your order, minus a small administration fee.
