Wine & Cheese Pairing Flights (CO Wine Week)

Kick off Winefest weekend with a tasting experience that invites you to discover innovative takes on tradition. We’re teaming up with Beehive Cheese, a renowned artisan creamery from Utah, for a curated wine and cheese flight that explores bold, unexpected flavor pairings rooted in time-honored craft.

You’ll enjoy a flight of six wines, each thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted cheese from Beehive, known for their award-winning cheddars infused with creative rubs including tea, espresso & lavender, and sea salt & honey. The result is a flavorful journey that reimagines what a wine and cheese pairing can be.

Flights will be available from 12 to 4pm, with a Beehive Cheese expert in the tasting room to share their story, talk through the pairings, and answer any and all cheese-related questions. No reservation needed, just drop in and enjoy!
