Shipping Information

General Information

  • Orders ship via UPS. Tracking will be emailed once your wine leaves our facility.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but you may ship to a nearby UPS Store (check their hold policy).
  • An adult 21+ is required to sign for delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Pickup

  • After one delivery attempt, UPS will hold your package at a nearby Access Point for up to 7 days (no fee).
  • You’ll receive an InfoNotice and tracking updates with the pickup location.
  • A valid 21+ ID matching the shipping address is required for pickup.
  • If not picked up within 7 days, the package will be returned to us.
  • If no Access Point is available, UPS will make additional delivery attempts before returning the package.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Please contact us ASAP if any issues arise — timely communication is key.
  • Returned shipments may be subject to reshipping or restocking fees (see below).

Avoid Missed Deliveries
We strongly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice to request holds, reroute packages, or adjust delivery timing (fees may apply).

Potential Fees

  • Reshipping Fee: Full cost of shipping if your order is returned and you choose to have it reshipped
  • Restocking Fee: $35 if your order is returned and you choose to cancel

Tips for Smooth Delivery

  • Reschedule delivery through UPS using your tracking number if needed
  • Ship to a workplace, friend, or UPS Store for easier access
  • Double-check your shipping address, delivery method, and payment details at checkout
