Shipping and Delivery
Shipping States
Due to the complex and changing nature of wine shipping laws, Talon Wines may not be able to ship directly to all states. If direct shipment is not available to your state, we may arrange shipment through a licensed third party. Prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ when third-party fulfillment is required.
Shipping Method and Costs
Our standard shipping service is UPS Ground, charged at current market rates unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options, if available, are charged at the customer’s expense.
Title and Risk of Loss
Wine is a perishable commodity and sensitive to temperature extremes. Talon Wines is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions during shipment.
Title to and responsibility for the wine pass to the purchaser when the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
